About Us

Heather Hogoboom

Heather is the owner of H2 Movement, a small business focused on creating community and connection via movement and exploration opportunities. She is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) thru the Yoga Alliance and has more than 800 hours of teaching. You’ll find her leading Vinyasa, Yin and restorative style classes at studios in the Denver area. While Colorado has been home base for adventures her entire life, she’s passionate about traveling and the planning process for every trip. On retreat she is looking forward to facilitating opportunities to step outside daily routines, pause, and experience life thru a different lens.

Heather lives in Golden with her husband. Between them, they have 4 adult sons. When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and enjoying live music.

Nicole McCormick

Nicole started training as a yoga teacher in 2019 and has a passion for continued learning in yoga and beyond. She is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has completed additional training in Katonah Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, and Myofascial Release. Nicole teaches a grounding practice that encourages mind-body engagement in support of mind-body expansion. Students can expect a class with intentional sequencing and instruction along with the invitation to make the practice one's own. Over her years of practice, Nicole has found that yoga prepares us to embrace life with an open heart, mind, and body - and she hopes to share that insight with every student.

On retreat she is excited to share active recovery practices that support a mind-body refresh. Nicole lives in the south Denver suburbs with her husband, teen daughter, and multiple fur babies. Off the mat, she works as a Nurse Practitioner, caring for those who have had kidney transplants. Nicole enjoys strength training, reading, and spending time outdoors.
